General Information/Regulations

Please exercise "Leave No Trace" practices - Pack it in, pack it out! 

$50/night - pack-in only 
Check-in: 3pm
Check-out: 1pm 

  • Primitive sites can be rented via phone reservation (credit/debit only) Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm, 405-747-8085.  
  • Leave No Trace Policy- Your card will be kept on file in case of site damage, trash left behind, or fire left smoldering; there will be a $200 clean-up fee​.
  • 10% cancellation fee; no cancellation within 2 days
  •  Each campground is secured behind a locked gate; gates must remain locked at all times.
  • All primitive sites are located on the west side of Lake McMurtry.

Orange Trail
  • Check in at the West Side headquarters and receive vehicle permits. All vehicles will need park permits; each reservation includes 1 permit (2 vehicle limit).                                                                             
                     -West Side directions - orange flags indicate primitive sites  *MAP
  • These campgrounds have fire rings and are suitable for tent and hammock camping, but not RVs.
  • Our gated campsites are primitive with no water or electricity.
  • To keep guests safe, sites will not be rented in extremely wet weather.
  • Primative sites are pack-in only.​​
*These are primitive camp sites with minimal amenities. Please be prepared to bring enough supplies to sustain yourself. Restrooms/showers are located 1/2 mile away at the west bait shop *
