Lake McMurtry's 2018 Calendar Photography Contest

Contest Details 

Throughout 2018, Lake McMurtry will be running a monthly Charity Calendar Photography Competition.
We will be producing a 2019 photography calendar featuring the monthly winners of the competition, with all profits from sales of the calendar being donated to Lake McMurtry Friends, Inc. Lake McMurtry plans to use the profits to help update and maintain the lake. 
We will have 12 winners, one for each month. The winners will be announced on social media in December 2018!
We’re looking for photos that really epitomize that month – whether it’s frost or snow in January, deer in March, sunshine and kayaking in August, or fish in October!
We also invite entries from anyone, regardless of your skill level.

How to enter your photo

  • Email your photos to [email protected] 
  • Make sure the month you took the photo is in the subject line!
  • ​High Resolution photos are preferable
